Founders Day
4/25/2026 | Katy Trail State Park
Join representatives from Missouri State Parks and Edward Jones in celebrating Founders Day on the Katy Trail on Sunday, April 25.
Katy Trail State Park was made possible by a generous donation from Edward "Ted" Jones and his wife, Pat, in the 1980s. Each April, Edward Jones and Missouri State Parks celebrate this generosity with a day of music, education and volunteerism across the trail. This year's activities will take place at several different communities along the trail. Activities will run concurrently from 9:30-11:30 a.m.
This event is free and open to the public, and there is no need to register. For more information, see the table below or call the Katy Trail State Park office at 573-449-7402.
