at Missouri State Museum/Jefferson Landing State Historic Site
10/17/2026 | Jefferson Landing State Historic Site | Jefferson City, MO.
Vincent Price, Missouri's own master of the macabre, is back at Jefferson Landing State Historic Site. On Saturday, Oct. 17, we will host a backyard screening of the 1958 science fiction horror film "The Fly." We will also have Backyard Movie Bingo, where you can play bingo to the most awesome movie cliches ever committed to celluloid!
This free event will take place on the south lawn of the Lohman Building, at 100 Jefferson St. in Jefferson City. It will begin at 7 p.m. and end by 9 p.m. Everyone is welcome, and there is no need to register. So, fill your thermos with hot cocoa, bring a lawn chair and blanket, grab your bingo card, and enjoy the show!
Jefferson Landing State Historic Site is managed by the Missouri State Museum. Call the museum at 573-751-2854 or visit the museum's Facebook page for more information or updates about the event. If there is inclement weather, the screening will be rescheduled.
