Water and Flush Toilets Unavailable at All Trailheads November through March - Rock Island Trail State Park
From Nov. 1 to March 31, water and flush toilets will be unavailable at all Rock Island Trail State Park trailheads. As a convenience to trail users, each trailhead will have a portable toilet.
In April, water will be turned back on, and the flush toilets at Windsor and Leeton will reopen.
