First Day Hike

Celebrate the new year with an easy guided walk at Knob Noster State Park. This 1-mile stroll will begin at the Clearfork Shelter at 1 p.m. and will take participants along a section of Spirit Trail. Along the way, there may be opportunities to see deer, squirrels and other wildlife.
This event is free and open to the public. All ages are welcome, but children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash. Participants are encouraged to bring water and snacks.
Registration is required and can be completed using the link provided here. If the hike is canceled, an announcement will be emailed to registrants and posted on the park's Facebook page and the Park and Site Status Map.
